A rent-to-own plan should be assessed against the formal proposal for your premises. The initial payment amount and ownership duration must be confirmed before agreement.
The brochure’s RM235 monthly payment is part of one example configuration. It is not a fixed price for every unit or premises.

Questions before agreeing

  • What is the initial payment, and is it a deposit or a one-off payment?
  • What are the monthly payments and all charges over the agreement?
  • When is ownership transferred, and under what conditions?
  • What are the support, trial and termination conditions?
