Distinguish measurement scopes
If a measurement is made on a compressor, the result describes that compressor’s usage. The total premises bill includes other equipment operating at the premises.
In the brochure, 9% compressor savings and a 5.85% bill reduction are two different figures. Baseline usage information is needed to explain their relationship.

The example bill falls from RM4,500.00 to RM4,236.75, a difference of RM263.25. After the example RM235.00 payment, the balance is RM28.25 per month.
